But after just a few rallies, you'll quickly get the hang of it and notice how intuitive the training becomes. For additional tips and inspiration, we regularly post videos on our Instagram channel showing you how to get the most out of the device.
All our devices come with exercise videos! If you play powerfully, it will come back faster. For less speed, wrap the rope 1–2 times around the container. You can also control whether the ball returns to your forehand or backhand by adjusting your position relative to the container. Find your own rhythm!
