What if the rope breaks or a part fails?
Wear and tear is part of it, that's part of the game. But we offer spare parts for this.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on your location. Orders processed in Germany take 2–4 business days. International deliveries can take 7–16 days. You will receive the delivery details in your confirmation email.
How long do I have to return it?
